Series Three of The Mighty Boosh first aired between November and December 2007.

Story

The storyline of Series Three follows Vince Noir and Howard Moon as they spend their time looking after Naboo's shop, the Nabootique while Naboo and Bollo are away, usually to go DJing or on a Shaman-related trip. This usually ends with Vince and Howard getting in a dangerous situation which, to Naboo's annoyance, causes Vince or Howard unable to attend the shop. Although usually Naboo and Bollo come back to help out the situations, Vince and Howard are now often left to sort out their situations on their own until Naboo and Bollo return.

Eels Original Air Date: 15 November 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Naboo and Bollo go on a Shaman Holiday, leaving the Nabootique to be run by Howard and Vince. Howard and Vince run a competition to see who is the best shopkeeper, with Howard selling elbow-patches and Vince selling the locations of celebrities. The Hitcher arrives and threatens Howard with eels so that he must pay The Hitcher €1000 to protect Howard.

	Journey to the Centre of the Punk Original Air Date: 22 November 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Vince, who is now a punk, bites into Howard's jazz record, causing a jazz cell to enter into his blood stream. Howard and Lester Corncrake are shrunk and sent into Vince's blood stream to kill the jazz cell before it destroys Vince (who is allergic to jazz).

The Power of the Crimp Original Air Date: 29 November 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Vince is depressed that a man called Lance Dior is copying his style. Howard tries to convince him that it's nothing to worry about, but gets offended when Harold Boom (who copies Howard) joins Lance Dior to form The Flighty Zeus. When The Flighty Zeus take Vince and Howard's gig at The Velvet Onion, they realize they have to do something.

The Strange Tale of the Crack Fox Original Air Date: 6 December 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Howard leaves the Nabootique and tells Vince to clean up the large pile of rubbish, where he finds a Crack Fox. The Crack Fox tricks Vince into inviting him into his home, where the Crack Fox steals one of Naboo's powerful potions. The Board of Shaman threaten to execute Naboo and Bollo as punishment for losing the potion. Vince and Howard must retrieve the potion from the magically super-charged Crack Fox.

	Party Original Air Date: 13 December 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Vince convinces Howard to throw a party to celebrate Howard's birthday, although the focus ends up on Vince. Dennis (the Head Shaman) believes Vince got off with his wife, and vows to kill him. Howard considers going gay after revealing that he is still a virgin.

The Chokes Original Air Date: December 20 2007 - Directed by: Paul King - Written by: Julian Barratt & Noel Fielding Vince wants to replace the dead singer for The Black Tubes, but is only allowed in if he acquires thin enough legs to fit into very skin-tight jeans. Howard wants to be a supporting act for The Black Tubes, so he can show his acting off to the director, Jurgen Haabermaaster, who is attending the gig. After having confidence problems, Howard gets help from Montgomery Flange to overcome them, so that Howard can become a better actor than Sammy the Crab.

The DVD

The complete third series was released by the BBC in Region 2 on February 11 2008. Special features were included with the 2-disc DVD set; Making Boosh 3, Boosh Publicity, Deleted Scenes, Mint Royale Promo, Boosh Music, Outtakes, Boosh 3 Trailer and Audio Commentaries.
